Disaster struck this morning, as a search began for Miss Ginvera Blackwood who embarked on an historic round the world record attempt last week. Miss Blackwood, who was attempting to be the first woman to fly solo around the world was expected back in London this morning, but failed to meet her expected 1pm arrival time.
The search has begun for the missing quidditch player has not been in heard from since her departure from Germany 4 days ago. It was
was expected that she would leave Prins Christianssund Harbour, Greenland 2 days, just before she began the most perilous portion of her journey. _____________________________________________________________
Mister Blackwood has told the Prophet that ‘I have not lost hope in my daughter, she is strong flyer, with an even stronger spirit, I am sure she will be returned to use safely.
Our thought are with the Blackwood family this evening, search volunteers are being organised and a joint effort between the British and Canadian Governments has been organised to locate the missing flyer. Anyone with information has been advised to contact the family, or the ministry.
