Anne was relishing in the fact that she could now do magic outside of school, and had taken a couple of advanced charmwork books out of one of their libraries. In all honesty, reading occupied her thoughts far more than riding or art or playing one of her instruments, and that she was glad for. She couldn’t help but dwell on Aunt Grace and Uncle Alfred, and their three tiny cousins. It wasn’t fair.
Having already mastered the patronus charm and conjuring, she was flicking idly through the book, looking for a spell that sparked her interest when her brother entered.
“Morning, John!” She replied as brightly as she could. “What are your plans for today?” The weather outside didn’t look great so she knew she wouldn’t be able to go out for a ride with Lilly or Pia, so unless either of them or Margo and her husband came up with something to do they’d spend all day rattling around the house likes peas in a dustbin. That or she could attempt some curtain-styling charms or something.

I owe MJ all my love <3
Jenny has sold her soul to gods of architecture and is most likely absent to some degree unless otherwise said. If you need me, various people have non-charming ways of throwing stones at me
