Appearance: The years can be seen on Jacquetta, but she finds herself to hold her age well and not trying to look younger than she is. She has dark hair, that is bordering on black, and light blue-green-gray eyes. Shapewise, she no longer have the youthful shape she had when she married, but she tries to keep it partly, with corsets and bustles. She is right handed, with slighter lower than average height and weight.
History:

• 1831: Jacquetta is born as the fourth and last child to her parents,
  1836: Jacquetta shows magic, by moving her brother’s wand without touching it.
  1842: Jacquetta starts at Hogwarts, and is sorted into Slytherin, mostly because of her ambitions about her future.
  1849: Jacquetta has her debut ball in the summer, after seven years of schooling at Hogwarts. While having a reasonable season, her father accepts a marriage on her behalf, to Caspian Lestrange - a man still in mourning after his father’s death. They married near Christmas.
  1850: Jacquetta gives birth to a daughter, around eleven months after her marriage. The daughter is named Melpomene Honoria, and even though Jacquetta is only nineteen, then she turns out to be quite maternal already.
  1852: A second daughter is born, this time names Thalia Grace. Even though Jacquetta does not really feel happy around Caspian - and never have - she can feel that he wished for a son, and the servants along with Jacquetta is left to bring up their daughters.
  1860: Jacquetta is happy that she at the age of 29, and eight years without a successful pregnancy, can present a baby boy to Caspian. The boy is named Achilles, and Jacquetta finds that her son’s life makes life a bit easier for her and her daughter.
  1862: Honoria starts at Hogwarts and is sorted into Gryffindor. Jacquetta is surprised at this, with both her and Caspian being former Slytherin’s. However, she cannot help but be proud of her as well, because she is still maternal.
  1863: Jacquetta is devastated when her son dies, but she is even more surprised when Caspian, during a family meeting with both daughters, strangles the latest nanny in front of them. She is of course touched by this, but she is mostly worried on how it might affect Honoria and Thalia
  1868: Jacquetta is shocked to find out about Honoria’s acceptance of a proposal, only shortly before she would return to her seventh year. While she hopes for the best for her daughter and that she has chosen right, then she is being punished for it by Caspian.
  1872: Cowed through years by Caspian, Jacquetta does not fight him when he decides to choose Thalia’s husband.
  1880: The same moment that Jacquetta hears of the still birth that would have been Honoria’s child, Jacquetta arranges to get to Hogsmeade to be with her daughter, truly believing that her daughter will be happy to have her mother there. But Caspian comes in the way, and scared of what might happen to, not only herself but also Honoria, Jacquetta does not try to sneak away after he has forbidden her to be with their daughter. The same year, Caspian moves Jacquetta to an estate in Norfolk with him, and Jacquetta is still unsure of why, but her guess is that it is in order to keep her apart from Honoria.
  1884: Jacquetta still lives in Norfolk, but tries to keep a relation with Honoria and Thalia, as well as stay social in the general society - despite Caspian.

Personality: While normally a strong-willed woman, there is one person that can make Jacquetta truly cowed, and that is her husband. She is not directly scared of him, but she is definitely careful of her steps near him. She is a mother full-time, even though her daughters has long since grown up and gotten married. This gives her time to focus on the society, and her charity work. She still has time for her daughters should they ever come to her for an advice. Jacquetta once had high ambitions for her future, ambitions that were mostly focused on seeing her children in important positions. These ambitions has slowly died as she got daughters and her son died. Her ambitions however still lives, now transformed over to doing well socially, with charity cases - and by now all her ambitions is focused on charity and making sure they are a succes
