All day long, Agrippa had been feeling incredibly on edge. In a sudden lapse of good judgement, he'd taken one look outside the window of his home, sighed at the sight of the rain, and opened his umbrella. Normally, this would be a perfectly sensible reaction to rain. At the time, however, Agrippa had yet to leave his house. Ever since that point, he'd been convinced he'd just condemned a dear family member to death. He had even written cautionary notes to some of them, warning them of the potential imminent danger that a maniac would come and murder them. It had failed to cross his mind that it could actually be Agrippa who would be the victim of some horrendous savagery, however, until lunch.
Maybe walking off the imminent threat of death would help. It would also help the fact his legs were starting to ache from sitting still. His thighs were feeling it the most, on the verge of cramping, should he remain still any longer. Sighing, he left the office, taking a rather leisurely pace down the corridors, occasionally greeting someone with a warm smile. This was in no way helping his nerves. Murder could be afoot. What if it was one of the Welcome Witches, in a sudden flash of mania? Good Lord, that would be a horrendous way to go.
Still lost in his thoughts, Agrippa suddenly stopped moving, the suddenness of it clearly taking whoever was walking behind him by surprise, as Agrippa felt the person walk straight into him. Spinning to face whoever it was, Agrippa brandished his wand at them, more than ready to fight off an attacker.
Jumpiness did not suit him.
