The Khan of the Aseelah Clan often goes out of his way to make himself appear different from most of his fellow wizards, and are thus always dressed in extravagant clothing, often long, majestic robes in dark colors, and in spite of the fact that they bears the unmistakable markings of Indian designs, the attire combined with his cold, collected demeanor often leaves a feeling of mystery about him. As an sort of impressive, elegant touch, the shoulders of his outer robes tends to be pointed and are always connected to a long, billowing black cape with a blood red interior. He also carries a golden staff resembling a cobra, as he sees it as a good quality to remember to whom one owes their legacy. The serpent is an reference to an old Indian cultural tradition of worshiping the serpent for its strength and renewal, and of course, for being the very symbol of rebirth, transformation, immortality, and healing.
History:
Nagraj Baalaraju Arindam Aseelah was born within the realm of Tamiḻarkaḷ. The Tamil People, in South India. He was born into the mighty Aseelah Clan, arguably one of the oldest and wealthiest pure-blooded wizarding families in all of Asia after Hilda of Woodcroft, a witch, was banished by King Arthur's Court after Merlin himself caught her red-handed when she attempted to poison their monarch on the orders of Morgan Le Fay after taking on a job as a servant in his castle. When she was forced to leave the country, Merlin assured her safe passage. The banishment was just punishment in part. The main reason was to save her from Morgana's wrath due to her failure to the Dark Sorceress, as Hilda during the arranged trail began to cry and said she was threatened with death by Morgana. Hilda, fearing the Mistress of Darkness would follow and punish her, she fled to a distant land, where she changed her name to Adelia Aseelah, and at some point fell in love and with time awaited children. Her family have been courting richness and power from those around them ever since.
As he grew up, Nagraj learned that his very existence had been considered a reason for concern by the Asian wizarding society since the day he came to this world. The Aseelah Clan were legendary for both their savage villainy and their great heroism. Despite the fact that two of Nagraj's uncles served as prominent Aurors in their life time, many more members of his family throughout the History of Magic lived to be the most fearsome and evil Dark Sorcerers in Asian Wizardry. Many feared that Nagraj too would end up as a Dark Wizard, and by the time he turned eleven, all the Asian wizarding schools were wary of accepting him into their halls of wisdom, for rumors about the child's ability to speak the tongue of the serpents had become a much talked about subject by the time the boy turned six years old. Insulted by this act of insolence and lack of respect for their clan, Mr. and Mrs. Aseelah agreed to move to another country until such time when their son was graduated from his school and able to show them the true form of real greatness. They moved to Europe. He ended up attending Durmstrang Institute where he quickly embraced the dark culture at the school. As a Durmstrang student, he was taught that the Dark Arts are nothing but a powerful and mysterious tool for a strong-willed young wizard to use to achieve his ends. Because of this philosophy on the subject, Nagraj developed a talent and passion for the dark magic from day one. He became devoted to experimenting with this newly found power, with so dreadfully twisted results that it almost the point where it almost cost a teacher her life when he wanted her to witness his ideas in real life for extra credit, and he was expelled. While returning to India he decided to take detour and headed to Greece, where he hoped to find the grave of Herpo the Foul. When he failed to locate the resting place where the mortal remains of one of the very first known Dark Wizards in history was lying, he returned to India, now with a pet native to country he had just left. A particularly large and aggressive Runspoore, now named NÃÂga which he had forced into subjection by his power to speak Parseltongue.
Keenly interested in both lore, history and power of magical artifacts, Nagraj have spent the years in the business of 'freelance trading'. Bearing the knowledge that magic only solves as many problems as it causes, he offers to use his abilities and skills, as well as wealth, to help people in need under the slogan: "All magic comes with a price". Throughout his life, he have secretly been summoned by countless people, not only witches and wizards, but also vampires, centaurs, ghosts, hags and even werewolves to aid them in difficult situations in exchange for gold and magical treasures. For this reason, he have also spent a few years to study further. After leaving Durmstrang, where he spent six years learning to speak a few other languages to the extent where he could be understood, including Norwegian, Bulgarian and Polish, he left for Kenya, where no one knew his name. There he spent a few years studying at the Euro-Glyph School of Extraordinary Languages in Nairobi and learned to speak and understand Gobbledegook and Mermish, as well as gaining some basics understanding of French, which would prove to be invaluable when making deals with people from foreign countries. Nagraj have also bought up several magical shops in both Asia and Europe to ensure almost unlimited supply of all manner of potions, spellbooks and other hard-to-come-by magical objects for this purpose. He have recently learned that there is a source in Great Britain. A source leading to countless magical treasures. A shop claiming to "confidential valuation service for unusual and ancient wizarding artifacts, such as may have been inherited by the best wizarding families." And this source of theirs, he would acquire for himself. No matter the cost.
Personality:
Behind a barely expressive face, there is quite a lot going on in his mind. However reasonable he is in conversation, he is certainly unreasonable in all other aspects of his life. To him, the world is nothing but a good business opportunity, and he have used his wealth and power to be granted advantages used in bargains, such as shops and the likes, in order to court riches and power from others later. He also takes great joy in seeing the suffering of others. While he rarely inflict pain himself, he will more often than not cause suffering through his business arrangements. Nagraj is one of the greatest deceivers of the time, and whenever the criteria for a deal is made, things are rarely what they seem. If you found yourself in a deal with TÃâvatà «taá¹â°, (which is a name he made for himself when trading with people) your luck has just run out. The deal are secretly always designed in written from so that they may invariably end up disadvantaging the ââ¬Åcustomerââ¬Â. Magic always comes at a cost, and everyone foolish or desperate enough to make a deal with him finds this out the hard way, while Nagraj himself gains ownership of more gold, more treasure and more fascinating magical assets for his collection. His Achilles heal is that his lack of belief in the power of love. He do value it, but his fear of it exceeds that. His birth was merely to assure that the family name did not cease to exist, his parents never cared much about him. This have formed the idea of him not being capable of being loved, and fearing to be loved because of his self-serving and somewhat evil nature.
Another weakness is due to the fact that one rarely can trust him with anything else due to the fact that he is likely to accept one offer, but then trade it for another one if the enemy of the first part makes him a better one. Being a master in the art of deception, intelligent, cunning and above all, resourceful, Nagraj Asleeah is one devil you should not face without taking precaution. Because should you ever strike a deal with the devil, know that he always comes to collect. If you look away from his magical abilities, the only thing he really can outside of magical abilities acquired through practice and knowledge on wizardry acquired through books, the only true talent he possess is his case of glossophilia, speaking Tamil, English, Norwegian, Polish, Bulgarian, Gobbledegook, Mermish, Romanian and some French, and most notably; Parseltounge.

Can't find any conflict among wizards to use 'instead' as an example in the sample.)
Nagraj Aseelah was not satisfied that the Second Wizarding War had ended with Lord Voldemort's untimely demise. Not because he necessarily ever had an ambition of joining the Death Eaters, but rather out of self-interest. During the Second Wizarding War, and partly also the first, lived many wizarding communities for fear that the reign of terror of the Dark Lord would spread all over the world. The testimony of the chaos and panic that followed when the British Ministry of Magic announced the return of the most powerful black magician and hundreds and hundreds of years, was extremely evident in Northern Europe. When the Second Wizarding War were still going on in Great Britain, the brilliant minds leading the magical governments of the Nordic countries began to go to extreme lengths to protect their own domains, to the point where the various Ministries began to suspect that their neighbors secretly conspired against them and had allied with Lord Voldemort. When it became clear that the suspicions and resentment different countries had for each other almost started another wizarding war between them, the International Confederation of Wizards took action. The Ministers of the magical governments of Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway and Iceland were summoned to attend a meeting along with their heads of the different Ministries' Departments of Magical Law Enforcement and Departments of International Magical Cooperation, who met up to solve the problems. After hours of discussion, consultation and processing of sensitive information, they decided that they would unite to prepare for the inevitable encounter with the dark forces. Thus, the Nordic Council of United Wizarding Administration was established as a means of keeping any single nation from exerting its own will over each another. The Council is a assembly consisting of five members, each the Minister for Magic in the country they represents within the Council. Although the different Ministries of Magic functions like they have always done, all major decisions and arrangements in terms of Magical Foreign Affairs is taken by the Council. They even united their resources to the Nordic Assembly of Aurors to more effectively fight the dark forces.
Those were the days. At that time he had secretly snuck in Great Britain borders on pure financial benefit. There were numerous casualties of war after Minister Cornelius Fudge refused to surrender the Ministry. Terror and chaos gripped the wizarding world once more at the increased brutality of the Death Eaters, which indeed had suited him well. Those were the days. At that time he had secretly snuck in Great Britain borders on pure financial benefit. Fear made him very popular in certain circles in which he used people's despair to his advantage, offering people effective protective potions, instructions for defensive jinxes. On a few occasions even went so far as to ambush a gang of Death Eaters that were trying to break into a wizarding home to kill the residents he was paid to protect and Confunded them so they went into the wrong house and slaughtered Muggle neighbors instead, just for the right price. But times were different now. There was no war, so it was with a heavy heart he realized that he actually had no alternative but to draw attention to the non-magical members of the world. Having acquired a cell phone in a Muggle shop and sent an announcement to their newspapers that he was a person one approached if one had marital problems, giving Love Potions to Muggles in need. Later spread rumors about his effective "marriage counseling" among the non-magical population, and his areas of expertise expanded. Soon he sold other various potions, which had to do with everything from magic medicines for incurable poisons, again, all for the right price. Sure, it happened that the occasional wizard implored his aid, but they could not normally sacrifices he nothing but gold or just adequate magical objects. But there were no such men he focused on right now. What occupied him now was his return to Great Britain. His sources told him that it was a wasted collection of magical objects of great historical significance there, and he could not let it go by. Everything came at a price, and he was indeed willing to pay whatever the cost to add these legendary artifacts to his collections. But where would the journey take him first? Then it hit him.

His voice was quiet, yet firm where he sat, looking out the window of his study in his palace back in his home country, studying the glittering stars in the sky, before curling his lips into a satisfactory smile.
