She comes from a long line of pure-bloods. Generally, her family is the typical purist family. They are affiliated with other purist families of that era and have always looked down upon the half-bloods and muggleborns. As her parents have always been taught that pure-bloods stood above all others, they tried their best to impose the same upon Valkrye as well. Though Val's family rarely conformed to inter-family marriages, they would always make sure to find mates with suitable bloodlines to carry on the pure-blood line of the Hart family. Val's parents are no different in that aspect.
Appearance: Valkrye is a petite girl and has always had a small frame, though it is quite hard for people not to notice her as her mother likes dressing her up though she doesn’t particularly care for the overtly extravagant. She isn't outstandingly beautiful but has often been told she looked doll-like. She has big green-blue eyes rimmed with long, dark lashes which seemed like they could stare holes into walls and startling red hair that fell, slightly wavy, to her waist. Valkrye is ambidextrous however, it is a preference of hers to use her left hand more often than not.
History: Valkrye's parents have always been busy with work or social business. Her father was an auror and her mother was always busy with social gatherings which were, as ever, constantly ongoing. With her father constantly having to go on jobs for the ministry and her mother being as busy as she was, they never much had time for her. As such, she was alone for most of her childhood and was left to her own devices. She was taken care of by the house elf and nanny's that her parents would hire –no matter how many she chased away, they still managed to find someone to replace the other time and time again– to take care of her. She hated that and quite desperately craved the warmth of her parents love and attention. All in all, Valkrye’s parents really do love her.
Valkrye would always chase her nanny's away from the mansion by pulling pranks on them and tries her best to make them leave. She did however, get along quite well with her family's house elf, Iyra.
The last nanny that Valkrye ever had, left because she did something infinitely worse than any of her other pranks. Her nanny was trying to get her to eat while her parents' were away. She refused, as she was in a particularly horrible mood that day and her frustration at her parents made her crack when the nanny refused to let up. All her pent up rage and frustration exploded and she blew the nanny out from her bedroom window on the third floor. Though the nanny sustained some injuries; a broken arm and leg, she did not die.
Her parents' came home in a rush when they heard the news. When they’d apparated back home and saw what had happened, Valkrye was severely punished for this. Throughout her punishment, she neither spoke nor cried. She kept silent for a whole month and her parents' started getting worried. In truth, Valkrye was simply doing it because she knew her parents would worry and she enjoyed the feeling. To her, not speaking was simply a small sacrifice.
After some time, she began talking again, but she was never the same. After the incident, she learnt that she could manipulate her parents, especially her father, quite easily. During her silence, both her mother and father had come to see her infinitely more than they did before and both had told her the same thing, “Scream or shout or cry, please don’t stay silent anymore.” The little girl had simply stared blankly at them both and she knew that they would do anything to keep her from falling into this silence ever again. Though she would always act appropriately, Valkrye still had an impulsive streak in her and her mischievousness did not fade.
Personality: Valkrye is very mischievous and devilish in a sense that she likes to concoct problems for other people and she likes creating havoc while watching people struggle behind her trying to clear up her messes. She is also strong willed because if she ever wants something, she will definitely not give up until she gets it. Valkrye is actually a smart girl, but sometimes she fails to apply herself in matters that need her attention. She is quick witted and cunning, as she can manage to come up with solutions to problems which are an immediate threat to her. Her good reflexive actions and flexibility has helped her to get away with a lot of things that she has done.
Valkrye tends to be a little bit crazy and thoughtless as she is very impulsive and rarely thinks things through before she does something. She is courageous and brave as well because.. It's definitely going to be hard pulling of crazy stunts like she does if she were a wimp.
Sample Roleplay Post: A little red headed girl held her mother's hand as they roamed Diagon Alley. It wasn't the first time that she was here but her mother insisted on holding her hand. Her father walked by her other side and led them on. Valkrye was starting to feel bored as they walked through the same old streets where the shops are ever never changing. Valkrye looked up at her mother, Scarlet Hart. She was so beautiful and Valkrye had taken after her mother's beautiful, glimmering red hair.
Though she felt abnormally bored, Valkrye was grateful for the time that her parents spent with her. They were always so, so busy. She pulled herself closer to her mother. The cobbled streets of Diagon Alley used to look magical and different, but now, they never looked more boring than any other street she'd ever walked. Valkrye sighed and just kept walking. Val reached out for her father's hand and as if he could sense it, he turned round, smiled at her and carried her up on his shoulders. She shrieked and laughed when her father did so.
The crowded streets, with its old, grubby looking buildings and the unlit street lamps, her heart pounded when she looked at Diagon Alley from a different perspective, atop her father's strong shoulders.
