    Crash Landing

It was a rare occurrence that Cressida acted without fully thinking out what her actions could possibly result in. But after days of little to no sleep, a week long of hard work and her desire to attend the festivities of the day, it seemed so easy to be careless. It was settled rather quickly that she'd apparate to Diagon Alley despite her tiredness for she was quite determined to enjoy a nice day of celebration with her like-minded witches and wizards. Cressi so rarely made a fool of herself that it hadn't even occurred that she might do so that day.

But she had, for when she arrived to her destination, it was not a clear landing, so to speak. Whether it be the fatigue or the bustling crowd of Diagon Alley, she didn't know. What she did know was that she was not standing upright on her feet. No, instead she was sat upon a man of all things and for a moment through her dizzy head (never apparate while tired, again), she could recall the ooph she had heard when she had landed upon him.

If it weren't for the uneasy feeling she would have rather quickly gotten to her feet to apologize. Instead she - in an entirely undignified manner - fainted.

this post is a mess im so sorry i havent written her in about a year and i suck at starters.

that said i assumed you could mention her coming to in your post because in my experience i always wake up pretty quick after i faint >.>
Cressi's more-or-less genius level intellect comes at the expense
of her social etiquette. So no, it isn't just you. She is weird, she is blunt and she is arrogant.

It's worth noting that since Cressi's got obscenely huge breasticles she always wears lower cut dresses and your character may or may not find this a bit untoward.

He'd been at it for what felt like hours. Ever the perfectionist, when it mattered anyway, Ozzie had been trying his darnest to get the perfect shot of the festivities so that it might feature on the front cover of the Prophet. Something that encapsulated the freedom of the classes as well as the casual celebratory nature of it all. So far he'd managed to get a keen image of an elderly woman playing with an infant and a somewhat intrusive photograph of a young couple embracing in the street. And with the increasing heat, he was beginning to strain under the stress of it all. Only beginning. Determined to keep his cool, he necked a flask of cold whiskey before scanning the area for a good viewpoint. If only he could get up into one of the top floors of a nearby shop.

An uproar of joy from a short distance stole his attention. Someone seemed to have said something particularly crowd pleasing and the nearby diners were preparing a toast. Driven to not miss this moment, the photographer dashed to clamber atop the table and unapologetically planted his camera onto the table - the tripod legs landing in a bowl of mashed potato, a vat of gravy and the third; bang in the middle of some sorry individual's plate, skewering their steak on the tip. The cries of annoyance were muffled by the loud smack of the puff of smoke exploding from his camera.

"Huzzah!" he exclaimed as he captured the moment in the nick of time. Content, he dismounted the table only to be toppled by the appearance of a woman from mid air. His camera went flying from his hands and smashed on the cobblestone floor.

"UH, HELLO?!" he screeched as she landed on top of him. Twisting from his floored position, his eyes enlarged as he was met with the witch's bust. "Uh.. hellllooooooo..."

Cressi came to in a haze of relative confusion. It hadn't taken terribly long for her to remember that she'd fallen on top of someone then promptly passed out. Well, that wasn't her brightest moment. Her head was throbbing enough to make her movements rather sluggish as she removed her body from atop the strangers and when she was sat up on the ground - no longer smushing her victim as it were - she pulled a face slightly as her hand reached up to her head. Not that it would make it hurt any less, but the motion was comforting in it's way.

"That's never happened before," She spoke it loud enough that it could have been directed towards him but really it was a scolding sort of sentiment to herself. Cressida did not make such mistakes, they simply did not happen. She was an exemplary witch and quite skilled in magical tasks - how could she have botched something like that which had always been relatively easy for her? If not for her general pride she might have felt quite down about her mistake but as it was she knew that they were uncommon for her but she was human still - and it was human nature to mess up, even at things they'd done so very often.

It was a moment still before she looked to address the man in earnest. "I didn't hurt you, did I?" It was her form of apology for the crash landing. Cressi was not a particularly large woman in stature but she held more in the way of curves than was average and so she was sure that she could have caused damage dependant on how she had fallen on him. "It would be terribly embarrassing to explain to healers that I paralyzed a man with my rear, after all." She had a hint of humor, not noticing (or perhaps not caring) that she ought to have more decorum given the situation.

It took Ozymandias a few seconds to realize that the woman lying on top of him was unconscious. Oh, the things he could do to her in such a situation. But of course he wouldn't do those things. He'd think about doing those things. ALL of those things. But despite his perverted tastes, Oz was still a gentleman at heart.

Luckily before temptation could take him, she came to and promptly removed herself from his person. It was only as she did this that he realized the growth that had developed in his nether regions. In a frazzled panic, he quickly readjusted his seated position to hide it from her or any other on lookers that might've taken interest in the situation. Plucking up his broken camera, he set it across his folded legs as a shield. As heartbroken as he was that the glass bulb had shattered, his priorities were otherwise placed.

"No, but you broke my camera.." his pessimism pondered before he voiced a more polite alternative. "Not at all! I am quite alright." He might've stood and helped her to her feet but his hands were busy grasping his camera to his lap.

"I can think of worse ways to be paralyzed." He mused aloud before realizing that he had indeed said that aloud. Holding back a blushing in his cheeks, he laughed and put on the best flirtatious look he could muster. "Uh.. are you hurt, Ms?"

Her brows knitted closer together ever so slightly at his musing, her mind taking literally what he was sure to have meant to be a teasing way to imply something complimentary of her. His tone had not sounded overtly joking and so Cressida could only assume that he was quite serious, which seemed ridiculous to her. How could paralysis be any more acceptable if it had happened from her mishap rather than something else entirely?

"I should think paralysis would be dreadful whether delivered by a galloping horse or a derriere." She said it rather plainly, looking almost shocked as she wondered if he'd hit his head. Either that or he really was just ridiculous. Cressi was quite content to believe - for the moment - that it was likely disorientation from the fact that she'd fallen atop him. He was sure to have hit something in his fall and maybe it was his head. That would explain the absurdity of his words.

But she shook that thought clear away, "I am unharmed, though I rather wonder if perhaps you hit your head when I fell upon you." She practically crawled closer to him, implying her intention to investigate. She had read enough medical texts to be able to tell if he'd need a healer at any rate and while Cressi knew the fall had likely not been a particularly bad one, she also knew that the human body could be quite frail. One hit from the wrong angle could incapacitate someone so surely her full body weight could have done something worse.
