Lizzy wasn't sure she wanted to return to Hogwarts for her seventh year. She already knew everything she needed... and O.W.Ls where the minimum requirement to get a good job. She shook her head; it didn't matter if she didn't want to... unless something stopped her... she was sure her father would insist on her finishing up Hogwarts; she was the oldest, after all.

Her father had mentioned, in his last letter, about him looking for someone to marry her. An arranged marriage. A disgusted look crossed her face at the thought of marrying someone she didn't even know.

Jalek had just returned from practicing in the pitch, he was covered in mud and made his way to the dorm to change. He returned down the the common room wearing a light suit and carrying a box full of cauldron cakes and a book. He took a seat on one of the many chairs near the fireplace and began to read. This year was not the worst he had had, but he looked forward to next year, he finally had the chance to try out for the team. He looked up and noticed a girl from his year, Miss... Oakly? Oakby? Elizabeth Oakby! That was her name. She had a rather disgusted look on her face and he had to stop himself from sniffing himself to see if it was him. He did after all work rather hard today.

Lizzy forced her disgusted look off her face. She could say it was because of Mr. Dronul. He looked like he'd rolled in the mud, took a dive it Black Lake and rolled in some more mud. Why hadn't he cleaned himself before tracking mud all over the castle? "Good morning, Mr. Dronul."

(He did get changed in the dorm, so he is clean now.)
"Good morning Miss Oakby, may i ask what is the matter, you seem rather distraught today." He said, setting the book down. He tried to help his dorm mates when he could, and never told others what they told him, unless it was something dire. Honestly, he was willing to help anyone. Perhaps that is why the hat was torn between three different houses for him.

Lizzy shook her head, "Nothing." she wasn't about to tell him what she was disgusted about. He wouldn't understand, anyways, young men were almost never forced into a marriage they didn't want.

Jalek shrugged and pulled a cake from box and took a bite. "I have plenty if you want one." He said, offering her the box.

While the cake sounded alright, Lizzy wasn't really hungry. Her stomach was starting to bother her. Maybe it was the nerves of being told about an arranged marriage that hit after disgust. "No, thanks."
