Charming is a Victorian Era Harry Potter roleplay set primarily in the village of Hogsmeade, Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and the non-canon village of Irvingly. Characters of all classes, both magical and muggle — and even non-human! — are welcome.

    MALFOY APPOINTED TO RESEARCH COMMITTEE




    Mr. Gaius Malfoy is the latest appointment to the Ministry of Magic’s Research Committee, a spokeswizard has announced. Already respected in the academic community, Mr. Malfoy had been rumored to be the top contender for the empty seat for some time, making this of little surprise.

    He began his Ministry career in 1874, joining the Department of Magical Law Enforcement as an obliviator, though his spare time was often dedicated to research; he has published essays and articles in a variety of subject areas as a result.

    Mr. Malfoy said that he is honoured by the appointment, and eager to pursue this latest chapter in his life. He is the last remaining son of Barnabas Malfoy.
