I am writing in response to the Lonely Hearts article published in today's magazine. Please kindly publish the following in response to Miss Companionship:
Small stature gentleman of middle class, stable finances, handsome and of a mind to settle down with a wife quite soon. Social events and travel are welcome. (Gentleman has gone so far as to America for a month.) If you are of a modest disposition and pleasant appearance, please respond so that a meeting can be arranged.
