Joseph felt very honoured to be a part of the second Duelling Tournament. Previously he could not be a part of it, as he was out of the country, but now he could proudly say that he was going to judge it. Who know, maybe he'll spot some young talents worth exploring a little more? He never had enough helping out the others. In his younger days, he was quite a duellist himself. Ah, good times.
Looking closely at the two participants, he reminded them of the rules.
"Now, please obey to what you have been just informed of. Any failure to conduct appropriately will sadly result in disqualification. Mrs Etherium is to begin the duel, only after is Mr Skeeter allowed to respond. Good luck to you both and let the best person win!" Joe said, removing himself from the ground and positioning comfortable enough to watch both of them.
