Appearance: Marcella has dark brown hair and surprisingly enough blue eyes. She can often be caught smiling and fortunately has nice teeth. She's not very tall, however, standing at a modest 5'3" and being of a build that borders closer to the slim end of the spectrum. She is right handed for wand work and writing and prefers to dress in light pastel colors rather than darker, heavier hues.
History: Born the youngest daughter to wealthy upper class parents, even she got the hand-me-downs, after all, why buy new toys for one more daughter when the ones they already had were in perfectly good condition? Being the very youngest had it's effect on Marcella's personality to an extent; she was not instilled with an exaggerated sense of personal importance and she also learned how to be patient for as the last daughter she was the last to go to Hogwarts, the last to get a wand and the last to come out into society. Many might have grown frustrated by being last in line for everything but Marcella was fortunate to posses a placid and laid back nature and was far more patient than some with six older sisters might have been.
As a small child, Marcella grew closest to her brother than her sisters for the most part. Unlike her sisters, she had an older brother as opposed to a younger brother and so their relationship was considerably different. She was a well-behaved child and rarely got herself into trouble and consequently had a rather easy childhood with few punishments and fewer reasons to be genuinely upset.
When she was four years old, she showed her signs of magic when she shortened the length of a dress she was wearing because she kept tripping over it. It was a subtle show of magical ability but enough to guarantee she wasn't a squib.
Like all the other magical children her age, she received her Hogwarts letter when she was eleven. Exceedingly happy to be joining her older siblings at school, she was overjoyed to receive her letter, even though she had been guaranteed to receive one.
Marcella was sorted into the Hufflepuff house and was perfectly content with it. She made a fair few friends in her time there. Her grades were roughly average or better throughout her time at Hogwarts and she worked hard to maintain them as such. In her fifth year, she was made Hufflepuff prefect and diligently carried out her extra entrusted responsibilities.
She graduated from Hogwarts in 1879 with a handful of very pleasing grades, not outstanding but very good all the same. With her older sister taken care of for the most part, it was not so vital that Marcella be engaged. She had a few suitors interested in her briefly but little came of their interest and as her heart was not won over by any of them, it was of little consequence to her. She was in no rush to marry and as the youngest was not inclined to be pushed towards a marriage to allow for younger siblings to marry afterwards. However, she would have little choice in the matter when her brother introduced her to his fellow Chudley Cannon team mate, Catigern Weasley.
Marcella cared very little about the fact he wasn't as highly regarded in society as her family might prefer and found herself taking to him very quickly. She wasn't ambitious as some upper class girls might be with their desires for a husband - part of the reason why she was not a Slytherin - and Catigern suited her wishes for a lifelong companion in every way she could ask for.
Her father's health met a sudden decline shortly after which resulted in his consent for them to court, as his youngest daughter she was not of great consequence as far as marriages went. By April of 1880, they were married and a year later they had their first child, Louisa.
Personality: Gentle, meek, comfortable in her own skin, generous, not very outspoken, warm.
