- Benilda, when asked, will always claim that she is obviously the more beautiful of the Flint sisters. Standing at 5'6", she has a more slender build than her younger sister but still maintains desirable curves. Her hair is a lighter shade than Ursula's, a deep brown, and her eyes are an exotic shade of greyish green. Her fair skin is flawless and features very stunning in her opinion. She dresses in a fine manner just as a woman of her standing ought to and is right hand dominant.
- Benilda was born the second child, first daughter, to Ernest and Enid Flint in early May 1856. As any child of the upper class, she was left mainly in the care of nurses and did not enjoy an overly close relationship with her parents who were not at all known for being affectionate to her or her elder brother, Orson. She was nearly a year old when her younger sister, Ursula, was welcomed into the family and even though their ages were close, the sisters would prove to be otherwise.
In her early childhood, Benilda shadowed her older brother, following him around and enjoying just being in his company. This was a habit that lasted until she was roughly five years old, when her personality started to show itself. She had never seemed fond of Ursula, but as she grew older it became more pronounced. Though her parents were not particularly affectionate, it was obvious that they favored their first daughter to their second and this was something that Benilda enjoyed holding over Ursula's head.
She was six years old when she made her first expression of magic. As usual, Ursula was being annoying and so in her anger she magically made boils break out all over her sisters skin. Though she was reprimanded for it, her parents were still obviously very glad to have another magical child. After all, it would have been a terrible thing if she'd turned out to be magicless. They didn't want that from their favorite daughter so the happiness outweighed the anger.
Just like every child it was her July that she got her Hogwarts letter. Of course she would get the best equipment for her upcoming first year of Hogwarts and so she did. She got a cat as a familiar - a part kneazle named Elysium. When she arrived to Hogwarts, she was sorted into Slytherin just like her elder brother and would find herself rather fitting in with the crowd of students. It didn't take long for it to be evident that she was skilled not only with people but with her wand too.
Her school years went by without much excitement. She was a popular, refined and respected young lady with skill in magic - particularly Divination and Potions - who had her group of friends that were acceptable to her. She of course attracted the attention of many boys in her time at school but did not at all react in an untoward manner because of such attention.
At her coming out ball in summer of 1874 after she left Hogwarts, she met Ambrose Greengrass - an upper class man a year or two her senior who was of pureblood lineage - and the two hit it off so to speak. It wasn't long before he asked permission to court her and by February of 1875 she was married to him. Their first child came in the earlier half of 1876 - a son named Bertram. She had another child in 1877 named Mordecai and it was also this year that the family moved to Hogsmeade. In 1881 she birthed her first daughter, Elvira.
At present, Benilda is an upper class wife and mother who is of fine social standing in their society. Haters gonna hate.
