Charming is a Victorian Era Harry Potter roleplay set primarily in the village of Hogsmeade, Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and the non-canon village of Irvingly. Characters of all classes, both magical and muggle — and even non-human! — are welcome.

    Our children have been quite neglectful in their correspondence - I can only imagine you have been keeping them quite busy with their studies! Are they as talented with charms as you are, my love? Please tell me everything.

    And how have you been? I cannot wait to have you all home for Christmas. I have already started to prepare for the season - I will be preparing duck, of course - your favourite (though not without help - the season would be an utter disaster without our cook!) and Timothy may sleep safe in the knowledge there will be chocolate in abundance.
