    Seneca induced book club

    Mr Lestrange,

I hope you don’t mind me writing- and that this letter finds you well- but I finally finished The Moonstone this morning, and was reminded of when we spoke while I was walking with Seneca. I probably would have finished the book sooner but one of the elves at  school tidied away my copy and I never did find it, and then I had to wait for a new copy to be ordered in, but it was certainly worth the wait. I think the way they managed to sort it all out was very clever, although Mama says that as a healer she doubts opium actually works that way.

Did you ever finish The Flying Dutchman?

I'm glad to hear that you ended up enjoying the Moonstone! I still have not finished the Flying Dutchman; my May was interesting, and I lost track of my copy until just recently. I shall have to let you know when I finish it.
    Sincerely,
    Cassius Lestrange

    Mr Lestrange,

I’ll admit, I do think I have been converted to mystery books! Apparently the Moonstone was one of the first mystery stories, but I shall have to find some more.

Do let me know how you find the rest of the story, and if it is worth a read!

    Miss Vesta Bones
