Come On, Make Me Look Good.

Attached is a copy of yesterday’s paper.

    Cannons!

For those of you who spend the time one might read the day’s paper instead putting in extra training to lead the Chudley Cannons to victory,  I thank you for your efforts and have included a copy of yesterday’s Daily Prophet. The rest of you, no doubt, will have guessed already why I write.

A charity match is seldom the most glamorous affair, but is a kind service to do the team’s fans, and helps to better paint the players in the good light that they deserve. To that end, I encourage each of you to consider putting forth your names for this year’s charity match roster.

If the idea of a bit of extra play and a paid week-end at a resort are not enough to appeal, the unique venue should provide an extra challenge that might seduce those of you with more experience under your belts. Mr. Catigern Weasley has already informed me that he will be playing, and so some of you might also enjoy the opportunity to play again with a former teammate!

    Think about it.

    Mr. Gallivan,

As team captain, I consider it both my duty and my pleasure to put my name into the arena, as it were; I had, in fact, done so even before you wrote to the team at large, and learned yesterday that the Quidditch League would be happy to have me. I look forward both to representing our team and to supporting this excellent cause.
