    Gabe Hatchitt vs. Gilroy MacFusty
    #1
Excellent, a gentlemen's duel. With an Auror, no less.

Expecting them both to know the rules rather well, Morty ran through them and then declared, "Without further ado! Mr. Hatchitt, if you will!"

Gabe only periodically formally dueled, but figured that this was going to be much less stressful than his actual job. So. After bowing, he cast a silent stupefy in Mr. MacFusty's direction.

Gil was always up for a good duel. He had to admit to himself that he was probably a better Quidditch player than a Dueler but then again ... one was his profession and the other simply something he did to get his heart pumping.

After bowing Gil prepared for his opponent to go first and as the man cast Gil cast his own body binding spell against him

Both men went for offensive spells: however, being Stupefied, MacFusty would not have been able to see his Body-Bind attempt hurtle two feet to Hatchitt's left, missing him cleanly. Once the Stunning spell had been undone, Morty declared, "Mr. Hatchitt takes the first point! Mr. MacFusty, you have the floor!"

Gil shook off the effects of the stupif spell and prepared himself to cast. Once he was ready he cast a tongue tying curse at his opponent hoping to keep him from being able to cast his own spell.

The first round had gone his way, and Gabe was hoping to get this done in two. He cast a quick shield charm.

The tongue-tying curse disrupted Hatchitt's defence.

"Mr. MacFusty takes the round! Mr. Hatchitt, the tie-breaker, please."

    The shield charm held firm.

"The duel to Mr. MacFusty! Commiserations, Mr. Hatchitt."
