1875 | Benjamin was terrified, and excited. A whole new world had been opened up to him, one he did not know existed until then. His parents saved what little they could and had it exchanged for the odd magic money, to pay for his books and the like. There was no chance of affording the tuition fee, and it was only because of the first year scholarship he was able to attend
1875 | Ben is sorted into Ravenclaw. Seeing Hogwarts for the first time proved the most incredible moment of his life. He struggled for the first month or so. He knew nothing of wizarding history or culture, but he spent most of his time in the library. He read vast amounts to ‘catch-up’ with the non-Muggleborns. He knew he needed the Full Academic scholarship to return in second year, so he worked harder than he had ever done. And he managed to achieve brilliant marks. 1878 | Once again he managed to gain a full scholarship, and selected his O.W.L.S. Choosing Earth Magic and CoMC. He was ecstatic about CoMC, as he had always had a love of animals. He had read about the strange and wonderful animals in the wizarding world and now he finally got to study them in depth.
1879 | In his fourth year his mother gave birth to twins, two more mouths to feed placed an even greater strain on the families resources. His two elder brothers, now working full time, help his parents pay for Benjamin’s supplies. It was in his fourth year that Benjamin began to really notice girls. A close friend of his, Mary Spencer, was the object of his affections. Unfortunately she did not share his feelings. He also joined the duelling club, proving a very talented young duellist.
1880 | Benjamin does exceptionally well in his O.W.L.S

He had not been back since he left, he loved every second of the interview. And spent sometime walking around the grounds. When he found out he was successful he was incredibly happy. He had not realised quite how much he had missed the school since leaving, he had pushed all that emotion away.
1885 | At the beginning of the school year he takes up his new room. He loves his job, though he is still bitter about not finishing his N.E.W.T.S. He enjoys working outdoors, and working with the creatures on the grounds of the school.

Benjamin loves the outdoors, especially forests, and is brilliant with creatures and animals of all types. A decent amount of his time is spent in the Hogwarts library. He loves learning, even if it is just learning for learnings sake, and he has began to write on Working class and Goblin rights, though under a pen name.

Sample Roleplay Post:
A quick flick of his oak wand and the huge tree was lifted gently into the air. A great storm had hit the night before, and some of the trees in the forest had been uprooted. A another flick and the roots of the tree grew, digging deep into the hole in the ground where they used to be. He slowly lowered the rest of the tree, and with a final movement surrounding mud jumped ontop, and the tree was once again embedded. It was not uncommon, and Benjamin did not have top put the trees back, it was an entirely natural thing afterall. However the trees were in the Centaur's territory, and they had requested his assistance as the trees had fallen across some of their favourite hunting grounds.
''Done and done. Anything else I can do for you?'' Benjamin asked.
''No, we have no other requests. Thank you.'' Benjamin smiled as the Centaur galloped away, he had good relations with his the herd, but they were still prickly and proud. Asking for the help of a mere human could not have been easy. He turned and began the walk back home. He was going to enjoy a cup of tea before heading out again. He had been up since 6am, and was looking forward to putting his feet up and taking a short well deserved break. However, when he was less than half way home, he heard a giggling girl. Is that...if that is a student!. Picking up his pace Benjamin jogged through the trees, it did not take him long to find the source of the laugh.
Two girls and a boy were sitting around a small fire, laughing. ''Oi.'' Ben shouted. The boy began to get up, about to run. ''Don't even dare, sonny! You know you're in Centaur territory, you're lucky I found you and not them.'' He pointed his wand at the fire and extinguished it with a stream of water. ''Right, names and houses, I'm taking you to see your Head of House.''
