Appearance:

Prosper stands at five foot six, average for his age. He's slender, built for speed rather than strength. He has doe-like blue eyes and a pouty mouth, both of which he uses to charm people into giving him what he wants. He has dark eyebrows, but silvery blonde hair, a result of a potions accident he was involved in as a child. The accident also left him with a bad burn on his right side. It's healed over now, but the skin is still scarred. He dresses in his brother's worn, but well maintained hand me downs. As his brother is bulkier and taller, most of what he wears doesn't fit him quite right. He is left handed. 

History:

1868| Prosper is born in Scotland. 
1873| Prosper and his family move down to Manchester after the death of Belle's father.
1874| Felix leaves for Hogwarts in the fall and his sorted into Hufflepuff.
1876| Fortuna leaves for her first year and is sorted into Ravenclaw. Without his siblings, Prosper quickly finds himself getting into all kinds of trouble, even under his grandmother's watchful eye. 
1877| Prosper distracts his grandmother while she's brewing a delicate potion and he's left scarred as a result of his exposure to it. His hair is also stripped of most of its color, leaving it silver. 
1879| Much to his parents' great relief, Prosper is finally old enough to go to Hogwarts. He's sorted into Gryffindor and makes fast friends with the boys in his age group. While he and his siblings are in school, his parents move to Hogsmeade. 
1880-84| Prosper is an average student, only really excelling in Potions and Transfiguration. Outside of class, he maintains an interest in Quidditch, but isn't quite good enough to make the team. He settles for playing in the school's club. In his third year, he takes OWL level Care of Magical Creatures and Ghoul Studies. It's also around this time that he begins to realize that he's not interested in girls in the same way other boys seem to be. He likes them just fine and knows when they're pretty, but doesn't feel himself being drawn to any of them. When fourth year comes around, he realizes why he feels the way he does, but is smart enough to keep it to himself. Fifth year tests his resolve as he develops his first real crush. Nothing comes of it, however, because of an upset at home that pulls him out of school right after exams. 
1884| In May, Felix is attacked by a werewolf. He tries to hide what's happened to him, but it proves impossible to do. James disowns him and sends him away, but not before his status becomes public knowledge. As Felix and Prosper were close, his sudden disappearance puts a strain on Prosper's relationship with his father. Without his brother's contributions, Prosper is unable to attend the next year of school and it deeply upsets him.
1885| With nothing else to do and his constant sulking getting on everyone's nerves, Prosper sets out to find employment. Mid-year, he lands a position at Quality Quidditch Supplies.
1886| Without his father's knowledge, Prosper begins to communicate with his brother who has gone to live in London.
