Appearance:

Not an overally tall man of only 5ft 7in, he has slightly olive skin and dark hair. His eyes, also, are dark and set below strong, and slightly nicked eyebrows.
His bone structure is prominent, with high cheekbones and a strong jaw. His skin is youthful and well looked after. His facial hair is well-kept although due to an accident in school a scar prevents his moustache from growing evenly.

His clothing is always smart, never particularly out of place.

He is right-handed.

History:

1843 – Caspar was born Middle second son to Gaylord and Iphigenia Urquart.

1845 – his younger brother is born, a fact he is not overly pleased for.

1848 – He displays his first sign of magic, simply heating up his mother’s coffee far too hot before she took a sip.

1851 – Caspar says goodbye to his brother Melchior who goes to Hogwarts.

1854 – Caspar receives his invitation to Hogwarts, upon arriving there he is sorted into Ravenclaw.

His sister is also born this year, and so he does not grow up close to her through her earlier years.

His school years result in a thirst for knowledge and a slightly lonely existence, although having friends, he does not partake in any overly crowded situations, and is quite shy in his first four years. He does not take part in quidditch as he worries it will encourage a suffering of his grades. He does go to a few matches however, to encourage friends.

1856 – Balthazar joins him at Hogwarts and is sorted into his own house, Ravenclaw.

1861 – his solitude pays off when he graduates Hogwarts with incredibly high grades. He begins working at St. Mungo’s as an Intern for Potion and Plant Poisoning.

1862 – He moves over to Spell Damage Intern, finding it less exciting.

1863 – by now he is a qualified healer and enjoys his work tremendously.

1971 – His brother Melchior married Theodesia Wilde.

1872 – both his brother Balthazar, and his sister Evelyn drop to the middle class, thus causing him to break most contact with them as they are disinherited. Caspar is only now speaking with one sibling, Melchior.

1873 – He meets his future wife Miss Olivia Burke and steadily falls madly in love with her.

1874 – Caspar weds Miss Burke, a very joyous day.

1875 – His whole world is torn apart when his wife dies. He is inconsolable and is in heavy mourning, clothes, lifestyle for three years to accommodate for how he feels, loosing not only his wife but their first child together. Despite his mourning, he went back to work and carried on his life in silent suffering, the only sign of his mourning was his deteriorated social life

1877 – Eager to start fresh and experience new things Caspar, upon hearing of Hogsmeade Hospital opening, he transfers there.

1878 – On the third anniversary of Olivia and their child’s death, he officially ends his formal mourning.

1879 – his father dies, thus plunging himself back into mourning. His father is murdered, found in the snow merely three day before Christmas. Caspar may know more than he is letting on. Following the death of their father, Caspar and Melchior split the family wealth and property evenly. Considering his brother is married with a child, Melchior takes ownership of the family home in Hogsmeade.

1880 – he is offered Healer-in-charge in St.Mungo’s for Spell Damage, but not wanting to move from Hogsmeade, he declines. He also discovers his brother Balthazar has moved to Hogsmeade.

1883 – Following the departure of Mrs Joanne Herbert as Healer-in-Charge of the Dept. of Spell Damage at Hogsmeade Hospital in November, Caspar was appointed the new Healer-in-Charge. He lives in Hogsmeade in Wellingtonshire.
