This has turned International

Betony quite liked working in the ministry, as much as it could be difficult at time, then it was interesting. Like right now, despite only being an intern (though only for a short time still), then he had been contacted to help the law enforcement department with a case that had turned international.

Reaching the right floor, he went to the desk where he was awaited. "Betony Macair, International Co-Operation. I was asked to come here and help with a case." he said, quite professionally and proud of himself.

Gareth had been busy at the moment, trying his best in order to figure out what could have been done, especially when he was busy at the moment. It was only as he tried his best to figure out the piece of paper before him, to figure out everything that was written on it. He was curious at the moment for all of a sudden, when he looked up, he allowed his eyes to land upon the figure who was before him. He had seen him before within the ministry and yet, even if he had, he didn’t know the reasoning why he was here at the moment. His brow was raised upwards as he tried his best in order to figure out what could be said. When he finally had decided to speak to him, Gareth didn’t know what he could have said at the moment. There were plenty of things which had lingered within his mind but he first thing was something completely different. Why was he asking him? “You are supposed to be helping on a case? Do you know which one?”

Betony felt somewhat comfortable in the ministry, even in the department that was not his own, Maybe it was the knowledge through his entire life that he would work in the ministry that had made him so relaxed in the building that could seem quite intimidating if you were not used to it. Granted the place was still large, but by now he had already gotten used to it - one floor at a time.

He looked at the man and shrugged his shoulders. "I am not entirely sure - I was just told that I have to come down here." he admitted - which did not really make any sense, but he was sure that it was just a matter of him getting a quick overview of the case.
