Appearance:

Five feet eleven inches tall, Pierce stands above average in height. His broad build would normally indicate excessive athleticism, but Pierce hardly does anything other than horse riding on a rare occasion or the rare hunt. He keeps his curly dark brown hair relatively long and nearly unkempt; however, when the occasion calls for it, Pierce will always be immaculately groomed.

Pierce dresses according to the situation. If a situation requires muggle attire he wears well tailored muggle suits; if a situation requires dress robes, he wears robes of emerald green or wine. Though, unlike females, he wears nothing to accentuate the color of his eyes: a rather ordinary blue. His wand hand (his left), on the other hand, has some adornment. A signet ring on his index finger serves as the only thing to set apart his rather normal attire.

History:

February 4th, 1858 | The first son of upper class purebloods August and Theodora is born and subsequently named Pierce Apollo. Theodora nee Pierce, was the only child of a dying pureblood line. The arrangement had been made to August and though Theodora was unhappy of the arrangement at first, soon loved the comfort and luxury that August could provide, especially after Pierce was born.

March 1860 | Another boy is born, though he was very weak. Two year old Pierce hardly cares for the weakly Byron Ares.

April 1861 | Overly zealous to make sure their weakly “spare” would have a replacement, the Scabiors were disappointed to welcome the birth of their first daughter they named Athena Marie. Three year old Pierce, still hardly cares and wants more toys.

December 1862 |  Another daughter is born on December 11th. She, too, was weak. They thought she wouldn’t survive the first fortnight of her life. But she surprised the family, and on Christmas was named Artemis Lynn. On New Year’s Eve, Pierce displays magic, though it was subtle and the family almost missed it.

August 1864 | The final child of the Scabiors is born, again a female ultimately disappointing August. One healthy son was all that he needed. Especially as Pierce had already shown signs of magic and his displays had been more overt in the past year and a half.

Winter 1866 | Influenza plagues the Scabior home, taking with it Theodora, Byron, and Artemis. Pierce locks away any ideas of emotions that resembles love and affection, for he was closest with his mother though he never openly admitted it.

1869 | In July, eleven year old Pierce receives his Hogwarts letter. His father personally takes him supply shopping, one of the rare occasions the two go out together. August, a stoic man, says few words on their day trip, but allowed his son to pick out his own pet to take to school. Pierce was tempted by several cats but eventually decided on a barn owl he subsequently named Perseus. On September first, Pierce takes the trip across the lake and sits for his sorting and is sorted into Slytherin. In his first year, he loves Defense Against the Dark Arts most.

1871 | His third year arrives and for electives Pierce selects Arithmancy, Ancient Runes, and Ancient Studies.

1873 to 1874 | A fifth year with his head in the clouds until Christmas, Pierce slowly regains his composure and focuses on the most important thing: his OWL scores. He loves the idea and thrill of adventure. Cursebreaking seemed like the best way to satiate his thirst and drive for adventure and interesting far-off places. His started studying very hard and in the summer of 1874, he gets his scores as follows:

1876 to 1878 | Pierce gets his NEWT scores in July and is quite pleased with himself. He gained all Os and Es, and would be able to train to become a Curse-Breaker (and begins to also learn Gobbledegook). From August 1876 to August 1878, Pierce trains as a Curse-Breaker. In August 1877, just a year into his training, he moves to Wellingtonshire, Hogsmeade with his family, not ready to move out on his own quite yet. In August of 1878, he is promoted to full Curse-Breaker. He is then sent to Egypt.

1878-1880 | He works in Egypt, periodically sending the goblins of Gringotts owls in (now-fluent) Gobbledegook. He also learns Arabic to converse with local wizards. In 1880, just before going home for Christmas, a sphinx shatters his wand.

1881 to 1884 | In January 1881, before his return to Egypt, he buys a new wand. This wand is now flashier and more suitable to the work Pierce is doing in Egypt. In May of 1881, he receives a letter saying that his sister Athena died in childbirth. Unfortunately, Pierce was too busy to return to Scotland to attend her burial, but he does mourn for her.

1884 was eventful. In the spring, his surviving sister dies, also in childbirth. In the summer, a plague strikes Hogsmeade and takes his father with it. Pierce begins trying to relocate to Hogsmeade to settle his father’s affairs and to take care of the home that he heard was burned in the fire. He was able to return at Christmas and relocated to Gringotts with a temporary office job.

1885 to present | What was supposed to be temporary had turned into a chore. Between managing the household and working an office job at Gringotts, Pierce cut down on staff not to mention letters coming in from his uncles inquiring about marriage proposals to their friend’s daughters. Pierce couldn’t handle it. He organized a payment schedule with the goblins that were to be deposited to the accounts of the staff he minimized before his brief departure. He was overwhelmed. He returned to Egypt from March to August. From September to November he was in Sweden. In December, he returned to Hogsmeade and resumed office work at Gringotts. He is highly considering taking a wife before he returns to Egypt (though for shorter bursts).
