Charles is a man that's aged perfectly, not too slowly and not too quickly. He's able to look older and mature while showing that he still has youth left in him. He stands at five foot, seven inches tall, and weighs a little more than one hundred and fifty pounds. He's got more of a lean, yet toned build, but doesn't have much use for such muscle anyways.
He has light brown hair that's cropped short, and also a small amount of facial hair on his jaw and upper lip. His eyes are also brown, though a little darker than his hair. He prefers to wear traditional wizarding robes like the other men in his family do, but he can sometimes be caught wearing muggle-style clothing to less formal events. He is right-handed.

History:
Marjorie Warner married her husband, Harvey, during the summer after her graduation in 1844. Their marriage wasn't one of love or companionship—it had been arranged by their parents when she was just a child. Their marriage started off nice, with the two of them getting along and Marjorie ending up pregnant after a few months of marriage. Cecelia Warner was born in 1845 as their first child, to Harvey's disappointment. She was a lovely child, but the couple had been craving a heir to Harvey's estate.
During the summer of 1847, Marjorie once again became pregnant with Harvey's child. The pregnancy was a rather complicated one filled with worries and harsh pains, but both the mother and child survived childbirth. On March tenth of 1848, Charles Warner was brought into the world as the heir to his father's fortune at his parent's summer home near Dublin.
Charles was a very social child, always wanting to play with his nanny and older sister. While he might have been a little immature, even for a child at his age, he was very sweet and polite towards adults. It was common to see the little toddler pull open large doors with all his might so he could hold them for his mother and sister when they got home or went out to the city. Two years after Charles' birth, his baby brother, Grant, was born.
At five years old, Charles showed his first sign of magic. The day had started when the Warner family went to visit Marjorie's parents in Edinburgh, and while riding on one of the ponies, Charles fell off. Before he could hit the ground, though, he froze in mid air, staring down at the dirt floor beneath him. The second he relaxed he hit the ground, but it wasn't nearly as painful as it would have been if he hadn't frozen during his fall.
In 1859, Charles received his acceptance letter to Hogwarts and was able to board the train on September first of that year. Before leaving, he went shopping with his family, purchased all of his books, supplies, an owl, and his prized wand. After arriving at Hogwarts, he was sorted into Gryffindor. His favorite classes from his first through second year were Transfiguration, Charms, and Defence Against the Dark Arts.
In his third year, Charles adds Care of Magical Creatures, Ancient Studies, and Earth Magic to his schedule. He feels the need to challenge himself with subjects other than divination and muggle studies, which he believed were both rubbish. Hector might have been a part of the Gryffindor house and had friends with purebloods and halfbloods alike, he sneered at the muggleborns and could often be found poking fun at them. Because he was an extremely intelligent student and had a good reputation among his teachers, no one ever suspected of him being such a bully to the muggleborn students.
During his fourth and fifth year, he spent most of his time studying instead of fooling around with his friends. He would often spend his afternoons reading after his classes were over and would even read extra material just so he could have better background information on the subject he was learning.
He specifically took more time studying the subject of Transfiguration, which was by far his favorite subject, and came up with the idea to ask his professor about becoming an animagus. The subject was quite complex and a little intimidating, but he was able to learn the initial training and all the written information about the subject while in his fifth year. During the spring of 1864, he took his OWLs, he got the following scores:
After finishing his fifth and sixth year, he prepared to take his NEWTs for the spring of 1866. He had a strong interest in taking up the career of a professor, but knew he would have to find something to do in the meantime until he was old enough to become one. During the spring of his seventh year, he got the following scores on his exams:
After graduation, Charlie went to work for the Department of Education as a regular employee. He planned to work there until he was old enough to become a professor, but found himself liking his job. Yes, there was a lot of paperwork, but he was happy to work anywhere that involved teaching and education of some sort. During the years 1866 and 1869, Charlie's sister married her betrothed and they had three children. Charles had been betrothed to a young girl under the age of eight, but she died from smallpox before she was even able to go to Hogwarts. In 1867, Charles successfully completed the animagus transformation and turned into a bald eagle.
In 1869, Charlie went to work as the Transfiguration professor at Hogwarts. He enjoyed teaching as much as he thought he would, but found himself growing frustrated with slacking students and misbehavior. He handed out dozens of detentions within his first few years of teaching, and eventually had a bad reputation with the students whop didn't care as much about their education as he would have liked them to.
When he was thirty years old, Charles left his job as a professor to join the Wizarding Examinations Authority. He quit his job because he found himself constantly getting sick on the job, leaving his parents and siblings to wonder if he would survive long enough to get married and have children. He worked with the Wizarding Examinations Authority for five years before he was promoted to the head of the authority at the beginning of 1884.
