Appearance: While clocking in at the exact same height of his twin Fitzroy, Felix doesn't spend working hours building up his physique. As a result, he's not an impressive array of muscles worthy of sagas. He does, however, take care of himself. In a business where apperance sometimes proves the key, he makes sure to have a neat one. Blending in can be difficult when your brother's face is in the limelight and Felix has improved his career since he stopped trying and started using it instead. He's always dressed sharply, combes his hair several times a day, carries a pocketmirror at all times and makes sure his smile is perfect. He knows how to dress for both muggle- and wizard occasions. He is right-handed, but his wand hand is his left.
History:
1860

Felix is born minutes after his twin brother Fitzroy.

1866

When being forced into a hideous and uncomfortable jumper, the thing suddenly catches fire, almost setting both his and his mothers hair aflame. He's slightly relieved to know he's a wizard.

1871 - 1874

He goes to Hogwarts. Both he and Fitz are sorted into Slytherin. Unlike his twin, Felix doesn't make friends instantly. He's quite a snarky kid who doesn't know when to hold his tongue in the company of his peers. During his first years, he is taught many a lesson about humility – or the pretense thereof.

When he graduates from Hogwarts, Felix has already been sure for the better part of three years, that he wants to write for a living, pulling the strings in the magical community – or just making life hell for those who pisses him off. He somehow manages to get an internship at The Daily Prophet and pretends he's not humiliated by the amount of times a day he's ordered to fetch tea by his boss.

1879

Never really that fussed about romance before, Felix is stunned when he falls in love – or in lust – for the first time. His brief affair with an older man ends abruptly and Felix is left confused, but not heartbroken.

1881

After having put in countless hours and watching others recieve the glory, he's finally beginning to get actual assignments at the Prophet. He quickly sets himself apart with his witty attitude and no-nonsense analyses.

1884

Felix decides it's time for him to step a long way into the closet, as it were. He approaches his mother to beg her to find him a wife and blames mostly shyness for his own lack of initiative.

Personality: Felix is selfish. He likes other people, he loves some of them, but he will, in 99 cases out of a hundred, choose himself first. He likes his own company a lot and loneliness is a small price to pay for brilliance.

In regards to his family, he is loyal, but not to the point of stupidity. He will sacrifice what must be sacrificed, which is the exact reason why he's preparing himself for marriage. Such an institution is certainly sacrifice, since neither the comforts nor the pleasures of a woman in the house are things he can relate to.

Felix is not usually cruel, unless he feels entitled to revenge. When it comes to revenge, he plans carefully, takes his time and bites down hard.
