Appearance: Similar to her sister, Effie has been a pretty girl all her life, only not as obvious as most other pretty girls. She stands at five foot two inches, and plays down her looks as much as possible, although its clear Effie has a curvy, and slender figure. She can also be humble at times when given a compliment. Effie has long blonde hair that most of the time hangs around her neck, and shoulders. She also has blue eyes which have been likened to her father's eyes, although it has been said that she has her mothers mouth. When she’d not wearing a plain dresses with bland colours. Effie likes to wear dresses that she feels comfortable in, and draws a little attention to her form. She’s left handed.

History:

1868: Born as the second child to Aileen and Augus Mcleod.

1869: A year after Effie is born her father is eaten by a dragon.

1871: The whole family move to Edinburgh, and Effie enjoys it so much she never wants to leave. It's also at this time that Aileen has another child.

1875: Sees her elder sister leave for Hogwarts, along with one of the Macfusty girls.

1876: Sees her brother Euan join Bhreagh in her second year, by now Effie gets anguish herself to join them at school.

1879: Finally gets her chance to go off to Hogwarts, hoping to be sorted into the same house as her sister. But, just before she leaves, Effie finds out that Bhreagh has dropped out of school to save their mother the financial burden, and has gotten a job as a maid with the Macfusty family. Effie is sorted into Ravenclaw.

1880: Just as Effie was settling into school life, news reaches her that her mother has been taken seriously ill. She returns home for Christmas, but barely gets any time with their mother before she dies.

1882: Returns back to school with Seamus in toe, and settles back down into her school life.

1883: After she had spent New Year’s with her siblings in the Hebrides, Effie goes back to school. It’s also around this time that Effie begins to question her sexuality, and even starts to think and believe that she’s gay.

Personality: The first thing that anyone notices about Effie is that she is very intelligent for her sex, and her age. On top of that Effie is sweet, kind, loyal and caring to those she calls friend. Although it has been known that Effie can be rather head strong, and can sometimes be rather shy when it comes to things like sexuality, and what society expects of her as a woman. Effie tries to live up to what is expected of her, but deep down, she is starting to realize that maybe she’s somewhat different from any other girl. This has led to her sometimes looking off into space, feeling very confused and frustrated at times.
