Appearance: She has golden blond hair extending to about her shoulders. She is of average height and weight with a slightly pale complexion. Her dominant hand is right. She has sharp blue eyes that look like they can pierce through anything. She enjoys wearing pretty dresses and normally her hair is fairly curly. Sometimes she bothers to straighten it when she doesn't feel like dealing with the knots the curls bring.
History:

1870 | Cordelia is born first quickly followed by her twin Regan.

1872 | Celia Irene is born.

1874 | Bianca Rose is born.

1876 | Cordy's mother leaves. The children are not given a proper explanation why. It is implied that it was her choice. Cordy wonders if their mother hates her and that's why she didn't take them with her.

1877 | Father remarries a young woman named Olivia Jacobson. Cordy, feeling abandoned by her mother tries to get along with and be close to Father's new wife.

1878 | Olivia gives Father a son,John Paul. Cordy can tell Father prefers John to Robin and tries to be extra nice to her brother.

1881 | Olivia and Father have a daughter, Sarah Alice.

1883 | Cordy was often the sort to be bullied because of her quiet nature and the odd books she liked to read but in March a group of boys took things much further than normal. After her head was beaten against a fence twice and she was kicked several times in her fear and hatred she snapped and lashed out with her magical abilities throwing her torments back with her mind and harshly banging them against the fence and the ground for good measure. One of the boys breaks a leg and another an arm.

Father has a fit and tells all the children they are freaks like their mother and should have been thrown out with her.

Cordy feels horribly guilty about what happened, thinking it's all her fault they were kicked out. She personally doesn't want anything to do with her mother, being rather resentful. She thinks if only Mother had taken her with them or given them some warning about what they were things wouldn't have ended so badly. But her siblings want to find Mother and she figures she owes it to them to give them what they want.

Cordy is scared of her magic given what it did. She worries about it being a destructive force and how uncontrollable it is.

Four months later Celia gets a letter inviting her to Hogwarts. The children use this letter to find Hogsmeade and hope to one day find Mother there.

1884 | Cordy manages to secure work at Honeydukes. She's a year younger than employers are supposed to be but the kind owner makes an exception for her given her fierce will to work and her competency at math. She's pleased that she can help financially support the family that is broken because of her.

Personality: Cordy is typically quiet and sullen, often appearing like she's brooding. She can be a bit twitchy and is startled easily due to her past trauma. She loves to read and learn and wishes to do more with her life than just work in a sweet shop. She hopes that somehow she can master magic in time but she'd terrified given her outburst and as of yet magic just seems to be accidental and often a bit dangerous. But she's determined to practice on her own and control what she can, not wishing to be a greater burden on her family. She's caring and sweet but it's easy to overlook that given her brooding appearance. She has an eye for detail, typically catching things others overlook. She has a sharp temper and an equally sharp tongue when provoked.
